Yoga is the sanskrit word for "union" and combines various postures and breathing techniques to achieve extraordinary health benefits. From physical benefits; strength and flexibility building, increased bone density and balance to its ability to relieve stress and improve flexibility--both on and off the mat, yoga can dramatically enhance your whole life with regular practice.
At 9210 Yoga, I teach small classes where each and every student receives careful attention to ensure they are in proper alignment and gaining the greatest benefits from the practice. The studio is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful - a perfect place to unwind, relax and let go of the outside world. My classes are vinyasa flow style in which poses and breath are linked in creative sequences (with roots in Ashtanga). Variations and modifications are given based on student needs and all levels are welcome!

How often can I practice yoga?
As often as you can. Practicing yoga 2 – 3 times a week will transform your body and life.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, you'll probably work up a sweat!
What do I need to bring?
A towel, plenty of water and a yoga mat if you have one. (Mats are available at the studio).
